Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Welcome to Grand Canyon Tickets. By accessing or using grandcanyontickets.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What This Site Is
Grand Canyon Tickets is an independent guide to Grand Canyon tours and trip planning. We curate and describe tours and experiences and link out to third-party booking platforms where you can purchase them. We are not a tour operator, the National Park Service, or any government agency, and we are not affiliated with the providers or parks described unless expressly stated.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. When you click one and complete a booking on a third-party platform, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Commissions help keep this guide free. We only feature options we would genuinely recommend, and affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay.
Pricing
Prices shown on third-party platforms are set by the providers and may exceed face value or the cost of arranging admission yourself. We do not set, control, or guarantee any price. Always review the final price and terms on the provider's checkout before booking.
Bookings Happen Off-Site
All purchases, reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the third-party platforms and providers you are referred to — not by us. Your transaction is governed by that platform's terms, conditions, and privacy policy. Any dispute about a booking, ticket, price, availability, or refund is between you and that provider.
No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep information accurate and current, prices, availability, schedules, and details change frequently and may be out of date. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information is complete or accurate. Always confirm details with the official provider before making plans.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Canyon Tickets and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content, including bookings made through third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
The Site's original text, layout, and design are owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Third-party names, marks, and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
